Your tasks

As a competent assistant for International Marketing, you are responsible for the administrative support in projects and special topics in order to support our International Marketing Team with office work and recurring tasks. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Administrative support of the International Marketing Team in their daily routine
Management of contracts with media suppliers and external speakers
Checking and processing of invoices
Support during Marketing's budget planning and monitoring of the budget
Planning and organization of workshops, trainings, webinars with opinion leaders and Berlin-Chemie staff including the subsequent follow-up work
Collaboration with (advertising) agencies, event organizers external partners and suppliers including the checking of the implementation under consideration of jurisdiction
Organization of materials for all events including ordering promotional materials and their delivery to the export countries and the creation of the necessary documents for customs as part of the shipment

Job-Anforderungen

Your profile

Solid work experience as team assistant, preferably in an international marketing environment
Good knowledge of contract and event management
Knowledge of pharma marketing desirable
Ideally, experience in the creation of marketing materials
Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset as well as self-driven personality
Strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail
Fluent English language skills, Russian language skills are an advantage
Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
